Job Responsibilities:
- Production Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company targets.

- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management, emissions, and hazardous materials handling.
- Resource Management:
- Manage the use of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize production efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance of production equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Prepare and present production reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities, quality control, and compliance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree (Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.)
- Proven experience in a production management role, with a track record of successfully managing production teams and processes.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and best practices.

Assistant IT Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure & Support: Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, hardware, and security measures to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
- Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze data to generate actionable insights and reports for decision-making.
- Software & Hardware Coordination: Oversee the deployment, integration, and maintenance of business applications, software solutions, and hardware infrastructure.
- Project Management: Lead IT projects, including software and hardware implementation and upgrades, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with software and hardware providers, IT vendors, and internal stakeholders to streamline operations.

Supervisor (Production Dept)
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize, supervise, and train subordinates to ensure the smooth daily operation of all Shearing Lines/ Slitting Lines / Leveller to meet the company’s production schedules and targets.
- Ensure that the Shearing Lines/ Slitting Lines/ Leveller run efficiently at the optimum speed.
- Control and assure the quality of all products rolling out from the production floor.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products and adjust processes as necessary to maintain high-quality outputs.
- Address any defects or non-conformities in the production process promptly.
- Assign tasks, manage shift schedules and ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Oversee the setup, operation and maintenance of slitting and shearing machines to ensure they run efficiently.
- Monitor production activities to ensure daily and weekly production targets are met.
- Ensure proper loading, cutting, and shearing of materials in accordance with production specifications and procedures.
- Enforce safety procedures and protocols.
- Complete and maintain accurate records of necessary documentation related to machine operation, quality control, and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma.
- Any Professional Certificate is an added advantage.
- Minimum Diploma with 6 years of experience in a slitting & shearing or similar production environment.
- Possess leadership qualities.
- Experience in cold-rolling profile sections or metal shearing/slitting operations is an added advantage.
Sales Administrator (2 vacancies)
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to emails concerning new purchase order, delivery instructions, request for quotations, delivery advice and address customer inquires.
- Obtain and confirm quotation prices from internal staff.
- Prepare and email quotations to customers.
- Prepare sales orders by verifying prices against quotations and managing payment or credit control issues.
- Reserve material based on customer forecasts and issue Product Order Sheet including checking finished good and raw material.
- Create stock code for new items and ensure accurate data entry. Print and verify invoice based on delivery orders , ensuring accuracy in pricing and documentation.
- Prepare mill certificates for each item and Purchase Order including composition check and approval signatures.
- Manage balance coil reservations and address any packing discrepancies with repack Product Order.
- Prepare delivery orders, arrange delivery schedules and manage transport logistics.
- Monitor the master plan schedule for changes, delays or machine breakdowns.
- Prepare monthly delivery summary reports and price variance summary reports for customers.
- Prepare and follow up on credit notes and debit notes for issues such as customer rejections, transporter problem and price variance.
- Preferable Mandarin speaking

Clerk (4 vacancies)
a) Finance Clerk
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist team member in monthly account closing activities.
- To process all supplier invoices by perform 3 way matching (Invoice/delivery order/purchase order)
- To update records of supplier transactions into accounting system.
- To update and monitoring creditor’s aging reports.
- To ensure all supplier transactions are recorded with complete and accurate descriptive information including invoice details, payment terms, and relevant purchase orders.
- To reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable records.
- To prepare credit note and debit note to suppliers.
- To liaise and follow up the discrepancy with supplier (invoice/debit note/ credit note)
- To work closely with internal team members to resolve account payable discrepancy issues.
- To maintain proper accounting records and documentation according to company policy.
- To provide support to team members on account receivable functions as and when required.

b) Sales Clerk
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform all clerical tasks related to sales & marketing functions
- Sales support for sales order, invoices and relevant documentation.

c) Purchasing Clerk
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the department.
- Establishes and maintains recordkeeping system for purchasing department.
- Responsible in purchasing, sourcing, selecting, negotiating with vendors and evaluate offers from vendors for better prices.
- Manage and coordinate activities during the purchasing process :
- Issue purchase orders.
- Authorize purchase orders to be sent to vendors.
- Data entry and filing for all the purchasing documentations.
- Monitor tracking orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Overseeing shipping schedules.
- Follow up with suppliers (as needed) to confirm or change orders.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
- Liaise with account department with regards to supplier invoice and payment issues.
- Preparing reports:
- Inventory reports.
- Customs Statement on the exempted raw materials.
- Import duty exemption from Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA).
- Schedule Waste Inventory reports for Department of Environment (DOE)
- Renewing storage permits from Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Hal Ehwal Pengguna (KPDNHEP) General documentation i.e. To prepare letters, memorandum and etc.

d) Warehouse Clerk
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform all clerical tasks related to warehouse functions.
- Oversee daily activities related to incoming and outgoing shipments, internal transport and scrap weighing to ensure all related documents are completed accurately and in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Weigh and register shipment received from the port and record label number.
- Manage and monitor the daily activities of downline staff by ensuring their work is accurate.
- Review and verify stock transactions for both raw materials and finished goods on a daily basis and assist others store staff in identifying the status of the items.
- Coordinate with others department regarding daily operation activities (eg. Material Requisition Notes (MRN), Work Order Sheets (WOS), Delivery Orders (D/O), etc).
- Ensure all documents whether controlled or uncontrolled are filed according to ISO procedures to facilitate easy retrieval and compliance.
- Participate in half yearly and annual stock take activities occuring twice a year.
- Prepare reports related to warehouse operations and undertake other tasks assigned by the immediate superior or senior manager.
- Highlight any irregularities, problems or weaknesses in store operations and provide recommendations for improvement on related issues.

- Operate the overhead crane, forklift and lorry professionally for loading, unloading and transferring raw materials to production.
- Maintain safety in daily operation at all times in the workplace.
- Monitor the daily activities of lower-level staff.
- Plan assignments for store staff as needed.
- Provide improvement ideas for daily warehouse operation.
- Responsible ensuring the quality of goods is maintained through proper handling and storage.
- Perform all store-related job functions assigned by the Supervisor and Executive.
- Participate in all stocktake activities yearly.

Forklift Driver
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate the forklift professionally and perform maintenance to extend its operational lifespan.
- Responsible for operating the forklift and conducting daily maintenance including checking the batteries, oil levels, tires, and brakes before use.
- Prioritize ‘Safety First’ in all aspects of daily operation at all times.
- Ensure all loading and unloading activities follow procedures to keep goods in a safe condition during the process of loading onto and unloading from the lorry.
- Ensure all products are fully cleared from production areas and provide support to production by delivering any requested items.
- Responsible for maintaining the quality of goods through proper handling and storage.
- Report on areas of work, highlighting any irregularities, problems, weaknesses and recommendations for improvement and any related issues.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in operating machine and ensure the smooth daily operations of Automatic Hydraulic Shear/ Slitting Lines/ Leveller/ Shearing Lines as directed to meet the company’s production schedules and targets.
- Perform routine maintenance on machine including cleaning, lubricating and replacing worn or damaged parts.
- Execute duties efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for more complex repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Control and assure quality of all products rolling out from the section.
- Record and report any quality issues or discrepancies to the Production Leader and Supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Production Leader and Supervisor immediately.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM.
