QUALITY TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist QA Engineer in implementing Quality Control Procedure and Maintain its accuracy.
  • Overall responsibility to Quality control Inspection matters and its ‘Quality’ requirements.
  • Handling of Customer Complaint matters for Rejects or Return Goods and Materials.
  • To Compile QC Inspection & Defective Materials report.
  • To assist in Internal Quality Audit and Stock Check.
  • Any other assignment from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Minumum 1-2 years relevant working experience in QC functions.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 procedures an added advantage.

SALES ADMINISTRATOR 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage customer purchase orders by verifying pricing, entering sales contracts, and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Handle hardware purchase order by updating inventory systems, generating dispatch notes for store shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Facilitate end user transactions by processing material bookings, providing quotations, and coordinating combined orders for enhances efficiency.
  • Manage combined orders for end users to streamline processes and optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to track orders, address inquiries, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor finished goods inventory, generate delivery orders, and coordinate delivery logistics to ensure on-time product delivery.
  • Generate accurate invoices for completed orders, adhering to company billing procedures and customer requirements.
  • Issue credit notes promptly in case of customer rejections, ensuring proper documentation and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate customer complaints to appropriate stakeholders, including supervisors and engineers, to ensure timely resolutions and customer retention.
  • Complete approval forms for overdue customer payment or credit limit breaches, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

 

LORRY DRIVER 

Job Responsibilities:

  •  To drive company’s lorry for transportation of goods and loading/unloading of goods.

  • To ensure safety of the goods.

  • To drive according to JPJ regulations.

  • To highlight any irregularities, problems, weaknesses and recommendations for improvements and any related issues.

  • Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or certificate in any of the technical disciplines.

  • Must possess a class ‘D’ and ‘GDL’ driving license.

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in operating heavy goods vehicles, including knowledge of transport regulations, route planning, loading, and unloading procedures, and customer service.

 

 

MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN 

Job Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced manufacturing equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards, and optimizing the efficiency of our production processes:

  • Efficiently operate and monitor production machines to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct quality inspections of products to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly to maintain production flow.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine performance, and maintenance logs.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Assist in training new team members on machine operation and safety procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum SPM or certificate in any of the technical disciplines.

    • Must possess a class ‘D’ and ‘GDL’ driving license.

    OPERATOR 

    Job Responsibilities:

    • You are to assist to operate and ensure the smooth daily operations of either the Automatic Hydraulic Shear, Slitting Lines, Leveller, Shearing Lines or other machines as directed to meet the Company’s production schedules and targets.

    • To control and assure quality of all products rolling out from your section.

    • Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum SPM or certificate in any of the technical disciplines.

    • Any Professional Certificate is an added advantage.

     

     

    SALES EXECUTIVE 

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage the collection process, ensuring timely and accurate payment from customers while maintaining positive relationships.

    • Conduct follow-up communications with customers to explore business development opportunities, address inquiries, and nurture leads towards conversion,

    • Prepare and maintain documentation related to price variances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • Regularly update and maintain customer stock reports, providing insights into inventory levels and facilitation informed decision-making.

    • Facilitate discussions on quality issues with customers, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address concerns and implement corrective action as needed.

    • Monitor and track customer monthly purchase orders, ensuring alignment with sales targets and proactively addressing any discrepancies or changes.

    • Attended vendor briefing to stay informed about product updates, industry trend, and supplier developments, contributing insights to support strategic decision -making.

    • Identify and approach new prospects to expand the customer base, leveraging market research and networking opportunities to generate leads and initiate business relationships.

    • Regularly check and respond to customer email on a daily basis, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and maintaining open lines of communication to enhance customer satisfaction.

    • Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum of diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

    • Experience in industrial sales is preferable.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
