STEEL PIPE MANUFACTURING SPECIALIST (PRODUCTION)
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure process flow to be in compliance with company policies, ISO and other relevant requirements.
- Recommends and initiate improvements to production processes, to increase manufacturing efficiency.
- Readily perceives and effectively responds to schedules and product flows essential to supervising highly productive, cost-effective, quality-oriented manufacturing operations.
- Actively define, research and implement new technologies and best practices to advance manufacturing processes.
- Research and develop new pipe products and efficient pipe storage.
- Establish and control procedures to ensure compliance with high-quality standards.
- Responsible for compliance with safety and housekeeping requirements.
- Provide training, support, direction and guidance to department personnel to continually develop their work habits, job skills and safety practices.
- Sustain a high standard of 5S and Lean culture in warehouse operations.
- Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Certified in electrical & mechanical courses in relevant fields.
- Minimum 10 years related working experience.
CNC MACHINIST
Job Responsibilities:
- Determine the fixtures, attachments and tools necessary to complete jobs according to specifications, and mount them to machine prior to beginning cutting
- Discuss project specifications with engineers and supervisors to guarantee consistency between plans and products, and collaborate to modify designs when existing ones are not feasible
- Modify machine speed, tooling and cutting style to ensure precision and accuracy of manufactured parts
- Oversee cutting process, make adjustments throughout each job, catch mistakes as they happen and take necessary measures to eliminate errors
- Supervise machine temperatures, ensure that machine has adequate warm-up and cool-down time between jobs and replace coolant periodically
- Review and interpret cutting plans, enter them into control outlets before jobs and alter them to correct mistakes when necessary
- Inspect all finished products for accuracy and uniformity to ensure product quality and uphold company reputation
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks to ensure machine longevity, including lubrication, cleaning and tool replacement
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience operating CNC machines
OPERATOR / GENERAL WORKER (PRODUCTION)
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and ensure the smooth daily operations of either the Automatic Hydraulic Shear, Slitting Lines, Leveller, Shearing Lines or other machines as directed to meet the Company’s production schedules and targets.
- To control and assure quality of all products rolling out from your section.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum PMR or SPM
- 1 years working experience
OPERATOR / GENERAL WORKER (STORE)
Job Responsibilities:
- Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
- Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors.
- Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs.
- Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
- Provides quality service by following organization standards.
- Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
- Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Completes reports by entering required information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum PMR or SPM
- 1 years working experience
FITTER
Job Responsibilities:
- Setting up and adjusting machine tools and equipment
- Constructing and assembling mechanical systems
- Strictly adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures, including the use of the appropriate protective clothing
- Carrying out the construction of structural components according to the plan on blueprints
- Overseeing structural systems and ensuring that they are maintained regularly.
- Keeping accurate records of all maintenance work done
- Repairing malfunctioning mechanical systems, and evening out any rough spots on the fabricated components using grinders, hand files, scrapers, and welding machines.
Job Requirements:
- Problem-solving skills, which enable a mechanical fitter to solve and repair system issues efficiently and effectively
- Adequate knowledge of system structures and how to troubleshoot systems by utilizing the knowledge of how the system was designed to perform
- Mechanical skills, which enable a mechanical fitter to understand which tools to use and how they should be used
- A High School diploma with several years of experience as a professional or as an apprentice.
ELECTRICIAN
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Perform general electrical maintenance.
- Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
- Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Certificate in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- 2-3 years maintenance experience in a steel related manufacturing environment with knowledge in automation systems.
LORRY DRIVER 10 TONS
Job Responsibilities:
- To drive company’s lorry for transportation of goods and loading / unloading of goods.
- To ensure safety of the goods.
- To drive according to JPJ regulations.
- To pay on your own expenses if you are fined for not following the JPJ regulations.
- To highlight any irregularities, problems, weaknesses and recommendations for improvements and any related issues.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum PMR.
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Must possess a class ‘E’ driving license.
FORKLIFT DRIVER
Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Store Executive / Supervisor, you are to operate the forklift in a professional manner and to maintain the life span of the forklift.
- To be responsible for your forklift operation and the daily maintenance such as checking the batteries, M-oil, tyres, brake etc. before operation.
- To observe ‘Safety First’ in your daily operation at all times.
- Accountable for the stock balance for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Receive all incoming goods and verify against Delivery Orders for quantity and specification.
- Responsible to ensure the quality of goods are maintained with proper handling and storage.
- To do all types of work related to store job functions assigned to you as instructed by the Supervisor and Executive.
- Reporting your areas of work, highlight any irregularities, problems, weaknesses and recommendations for improvement and any related issues.
- Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.
